Return Policy:- We accept returns under the following conditions: Eligible for Return:- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Tags and packaging must be intact. Return request must be made within 3 days of purchase or delivery. Original bill/invoice must be presented. Not Eligible for Return:- Products bought during sale, offer, or discount. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after purchase. Imitation jewellery, purses, undergarments, and footwear are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. 2. Exchange Policy:- Exchange is allowed for size or colour mismatch (subject to availability). Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of purchase or delivery. One-time exchange only. No further returns or exchanges will be accepted on the exchanged product. 3. Refund Policy:- We do not offer cash refunds unless the product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered. In eligible cases: Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit. Refund process may take 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval. 4.
