Pricing & Payment:- Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any). We accept payments via cash at shop only, UPI, bank transfer, and digital wallets (based on availability). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of purchase will remain valid for that order. 3. Order & Delivery:- Orders once placed are confirmed only after full payment is received. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. We strive to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Roji Collection is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier or logistic partners. 4. Exchange & Return Policy:- Exchange is allowed within 7 days of purchase only if: The product is unused, with tags intact. You have the original bill. Exchange is limited to size or colour variants, subject to stock availability. No returns or refunds are allowed unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Sale items or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. 5. Cancellation Policy:- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment is processed.
